Peach Basil Cold Brew Recipe

A unique twist on some classic summer flavors, this cool drink will help you beat the waning days of summer!

Here's what you need:

  • 4 oz cold brew concentrate
  • 4 oz peach juice
  • Peach slices
  • Ice
  • Fresh basil leaves

Prepare cold brew the day before:

Add medium-coarse ground fresh coffee to a pitcher with water in a 1:5 ratio.

Let steep overnight. 

Alternatively, you can buy your favorite cold brew coffee concentrate!

In a pint glass add cold brew concentrate, peach juice, 2-3 fresh basil leaves and ice.

Shake vigorously for 1 minute.

In a tall glass, add fresh ice and pour shaken cold brew mixture without straining.

Add in a couple of peach slices. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
