Tropical Espresso Martiki Recipe

Enjoy a taste of summer with this tropical taste on an espresso martini!

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz espresso
  • 1 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • Optional for sweetness: 1/2 oz simple syrup

Instructions:

To a shaker, add espresso, rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice and simple syrup and shake vigorously until well combined. 

Strain into a martini glass and garnish with edible flowers.
