An excellent upgrade from the original Vario, the Vario+ adds enhanced build quality—namely the metal grind chamber and adjustment mechanism from the Baratza Forte—while keeping the compact format and ease of use the Vario became famous for. The Vario+ focuses on flexibility too; an any brew type 54mm flat burr, 3 programmable timed doses, 220 precise grind settings, and dosing for a grounds bin or portafilter both. Other niceties, like a small digital display and grounds chute lighting round out the design for a truly capable do-anything grinder destined for your kitchen.
