Okay coffee...

Not very strong coffee. Definitely not as good as my prior Gaggia Synchrony Logic RS. I would actually try something else next time. I cannot comment on espresso or latte, we just do coffee and it is "okay" only for that

Bean Hopper Design

The beans hopper does not feed the beans into the grinder correctly. I have to remove the lid and push them over the grinder. It's a poor design.

Exellent espresso machine

This espresso machine performs as expected. It was very easy to set up and is simple to use. The coffee grinder is very quiet, as is the brewing cycle. This is a big difference as compared to my last super auto, a Saecco Incanto. (Replaced after 8+ years of good service) The coffee is consistently good, nice crema, aroma and taste. We like to drink a long coffee, and make 2 at time so that neither of has to wait, a really good feature. I would like to see larger and brighter LED's for the warning lights for empty the bean hopper and low water in the reservoir. A larger water reservoir would be nice, but if you are going to make espresso, it is definitely sufficient.We are very happy with this purchase, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a superauto espresso maker at a very good price point.
