Designed to grind for pour over and other slow methods, the Pietro's large 58mm M-Modal flat burrs, micro-stepped grind adjustments, and vertical burr orientation offer best in class grind quality. Ergonomic niceties, like a snap out grind lever, tool free burr access, and magnetic catch bin all help to make grinding with large-format burrs a little easier. Speaking of easier, the Pietro Pro Brew now includes a suite of accessories: a baseplate for table grinding, a dosing funnel for filling, and a handy little brush.
