Eureka Mignon Brew Pro Coffee Grinder

Eureka Mignon Brew Pro Coffee Grinder

Brew your morning cup better than that corner cafe with the Eureka Brew Pro Coffee Grinder. Designed from the ground up just for drip coffee, the Brew Pro packs in a stack of features that make it a joy to use in day-to-day operation. A calibrated single rotation grind adjust and custom 55mm brew burrs make dialing in your filter coffee a breeze. Not that you'd notice, with the Pro's sub 5-second grind time and sound-insulated case—it's easy to miss. The Brew Pro design is finished with a dual-function timer, tritan plastic for the bean hopper and catch bin, and a nifty grind system that starts with a single tap.

What's In The Box
Your Eureka Mignon Brew Pro includes: Grinder unit, bean hopper with lid, brew-style catch container, portafilter fork (optional use), cleaning brush, and power cord. The Brew Pro represents the top of Eureka's filter grinder line with sound insulation, 55mm brew-specific burrs, and touchscreen controls.

Setup & First Use

Brew-Specific 55mm Burrs

The Brew Pro's 55mm flat burrs are specially engineered for filter brewing methods. While the Mignon Specialita uses 55mm espresso-optimized burrs, the Brew Pro's burrs are designed for the coarser, wider particle range preferred by pour over, drip, AeroPress, French press, and cold brew. Do not use the Brew Pro as an espresso grinder.

Initial Setup

Attach the bean hopper and position the grounds catch container below the chute. The Brew Pro uses the same sound isolation technology as the Specialita—it's one of the quietest filter grinders available, making it appropriate for office or open-plan home kitchens.

Touchscreen Controls

The Brew Pro's touchscreen provides two programmable timed doses plus a continuous manual mode. Set Dose 1 for your morning single pour-over and Dose 2 for a larger batch or French press. Timed programming works the same as the Specialita: press and hold, grind to target weight, release to save.

Tutorials & Training

Programming Brew Doses

Press and hold the Dose 1 or Dose 2 button on the touchscreen. Grind until you reach your target weight (e.g., 25g for a V60 single, 55g for a 4-cup drip batch), then release. The grinder records the time. Reprogram when switching brew methods or changing target dose.

Choosing Grind Settings for Brew Methods

The Brew Pro's stepless adjust spans a wide brew range. Pour over (V60, Chemex): medium-fine to medium. Drip coffee: medium. AeroPress: medium to medium-coarse. French press: coarse. Cold brew: very coarse. Adjust while the grinder is running, and pull a cup to check extraction before committing to a timed dose.

Silent Operation

The Brew Pro's sound isolation system keeps noise around 60–65dB—quiet enough to use in an office or early morning without disruption. The insulated case design is otherwise identical to the Specialita.

Eureka's bottom-burr adjust system moves only the lower burr, preserving your grind setting even when you disassemble the grinder for cleaning.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Daily Cleaning

Brush chute and container after each use. The touchscreen can be wiped with a soft cloth. Empty the grounds container after each brewing session.

Burr Cleaning

Remove the top burr periodically for cleaning (grind setting preserved). Run Grindz or equivalent monthly.

Troubleshooting

Cannot Grind Fine Enough for Espresso

The Brew Pro is designed for filter methods and does not produce espresso-fine grinds. For espresso, use the Eureka Mignon Specialita, Notte, Silenzio 55, or other espresso-focused grinder.

Touchscreen Issues

Power off, unplug for 30 seconds, and restart. Persistent touchscreen faults require warranty service.
