Here to help make that perfect shot a reality, the Eureka Zenith Neo 65 has a long list of features and high-end grinding credentials that make it a perfect fit for a professional coffee bar or high-end home. It features two programmable dosing options and large 65mm burrs with a micrometrical - yes, that's a word! - grind adjustment for a quick and accurate grind quality. The Zenith Neo 65 E allows for custom adjustment of both the portafilter angle and the dispensing spout for the perfect portafilter fill, both of which are convenient features not found on many other grinders. The Zenith also includes a new anti-clumping device that assures a virtually clump-free grind.

What's In The Box
Your Eureka Zenith 65 E Hi-Speed includes: Grinder unit, bean hopper with lid, adjustable portafilter fork with anti-static chute, cleaning brush, and power cord. The Zenith 65 E is Eureka's on-demand commercial espresso grinder with 65mm flat burrs, electronic programmable dosing, and digital display.

Setup & First Use

On-Demand Commercial Grinding

The Zenith 65 E (Electronic) Hi-Speed is Eureka's commercial on-demand grinder—no doser chamber, grinds directly to the portafilter on demand. The 65mm flat burrs with High-Speed motor grind an 18g double in approximately 5 seconds. The Zenith 65 E sits between the prosumer Atom 65 and the commercial Helios 65 in Eureka's lineup.

Electronic Dosing Display

The Zenith 65 E uses an LCD display for single and double dose programming, adjustable in 0.1-second increments. The display also shows a dose counter for single and double shots. The grind adjustment is via the stepless bottom-burr knob, preserving calibration through cleaning.

Portafilter Fork

The adjustable portafilter fork accepts a wide range of portafilter heights and the ACE anti-static chute ensures grounds fall cleanly into the basket. The fork angle is adjustable for different portafilter sizes.

Tutorials & Training

Programming Doses

Use the display buttons to set single and double dose times. Press and hold the desired button to enter programming mode, grind to target weight, release to save. Verify with a scale and reprogram if needed.

Hands-Free Portafilter Activation

Press your portafilter into the fork against the activation microswitch for hands-free dosing of whichever dose mode is currently active. This allows the barista to prepare milk or attend to other tasks during grinding.

Eureka's bottom-burr adjust system moves only the lower burr, preserving your grind setting even when you disassemble the grinder for cleaning.

Cleaning & Maintenance

End-of-Shift Cleaning

After each service shift: brush the chute and portafilter fork area, remove grounds from the removable chute assembly (where applicable), and wipe the exterior. Empty the bean hopper if leaving overnight to prevent stale grounds.

Weekly Deep Clean

Run grinder cleaning tablets through the grinder weekly at commercial use levels. Remove and brush clean the burrs if accessible via the top burr access. Check the ACE anti-static system for grounds buildup at the chute exit.

Troubleshooting

Display Not Responding

Power off and unplug for 30 seconds. Restart. If the LCD display remains blank or unresponsive, contact Seattle Coffee Gear for service.

Dose Counter Reset

Dose counters should persist through power cycles. If counters reset unexpectedly, consult the user manual for reset protection settings.
